They can improve by not taking the floor mats our of our car volvo v60 that we bought from mark at binks of beccles, i have been back to the company to ask for the mats 3 times now, on the last time i was told to jog on by mark, the mats were in the car when we bought it they went missing while in the cleaning process before we collected the car, i just wouldn't bother going there again, very disappointed as we thought we had finally found a trustworthy car dealer, not the case

I apologise for your disappointment with the service you have received from Binks. I can only assume the used floor mats were taken out for cleaning and not replaced. This would normally only happen if the mats were not suitable for resale. I have discussed this with my staff to ensure it does not happen again. To be fair I was looking for a nice family car and had been for some time, I accidentally stumbled across a ford kuga from binks of beccles, it wasn’t initially on my list of cars I was looking for but there was something about this particular car I really liked. I gave binks a call to double check it was still available, had a test drive a few hours later and come away with a new car. Service was really great. They were friendly and really informative and the whole process was drama free. Since having the car it has been brilliant. Had a slight issue with the spare key not working and after a quick call and visit it’s in the process of being sorted. Would highly recommend
