I had reason to change my car and explained the circumstances to Marc who was very helpful. The car I purchased had a couple of 'issues' which Marc talked me through. ..these were to be dealt with. I have had the car for a few weeks and I am extremely happy with it ( I would not have even looked at one of these without some guidance). I have not had any issues to have need to return to Binks for retrospective work, so I can only say that for me the experience was positive and the car very nicely presented......I guess the bottom line is......would I buy from them again?... in short, yes.
