I had been looking for a Mercedes E350 estate and liked the look of one advertised by Binks in Autotrader. As I live in Aberdeenshire, my initial enquiry was conducted over the phone. I was given an honest description which encouraged me to ask a friend from Cambridge to inspect the car. His report on the car and the seller convinced me this was the car for me. Over the phone, I asked a few more questions and agreed to purchase the car. It was prepared for me in a week, with a new MOT and service, refurbished wheels and a valet. My friend collected it from Binks, and I traveled to Cambridge to pick the car up. I then drove it to Wales and back to Scotland, covering 1200 miles in a weekend. Whilst never having visited Binks, I felt that I was well looked after, including a follow-up phone call, and the car is even better than I expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Binks and their customer service.

I recently bought a Land Rover Discovery from Binks - it was a lovely car at a good price. In the next few days I noticed a few minor imperfections inc some marks to one of the alloys, a damaged wiper blade and some tiny white surface paint flecks on one side of the bodywork . As a six year old car this was reasonable wear and tear but the car was otherwise immaculate and I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I phoned Binks who could not have been more helpful in lending me a courtesy car while they got things sorted including having the alloy and paintwork treated by specialists - all at no charge to me. The team at Binks really do care about the cars they sell and their customers - a pleasure to deal with.

Another of my sons wanted to change his car and I said go see Dean at Binks he really has got a good reputation.Your brother has bought a few cars there annd always been treated well.So off to Beccles we went and Dean was great no nonsense, no pressure and we left to think about the purchase a few hours later the car was bought a few days after collecting the car,a light came on which turned out to be a faulty sensor ( these days it happens on cars).Dean was straight on to it and the replacement parts were ordered and fitted in a timely manner a curtesy car was given while the vehicle was being repaired( in one day back the next).Dean was most apologetic but as a dad of four I’m so happy to recommend him and his company if only every garage could emulate this level of customer service and when it’s a purchase for family members I have every faith in this company and Deans been a pleasure to deal with.

Simply terrific dealership! They make buying a used car so easy. Excellent customer service from an experienced team. 6 month warranty and all the care you could ask for before you drive off their forecourt. After 25 years of company cars , I had to purchase one with my own money !! . Really nice , clean & well priced car . We had a small niggle which reoccurred, but each time was dealt with immediately with a courtesy car.. excellent service from Ollie & would highly recommend Binks!!
