I am disappointed to receive your review. I have spoken to Tom & Marc who both say they have explained the delay with your queries. The handbook you requested has been ordered as promised and we are awaiting delivery. The one we have ordered is the most cost effective for a 10 year old car. The 2 small trims which we are waiting for are on back order from Mercedes and we will inform you when they arrive. Unfortunately, both items are outside of our control but hopefully this will not spoil your enjoyment of your new car. Kind regards DB.
