Could not fault their service from start to finish .we went to look at a car as mine was being written off we had seen one on line I rang and explained it may rake me a while to arrange transport in which I did and we decided to go ahead with the purchase - the car was going to be prepped and ready on Friday - 2 members of their staff gave my partner and myself lifts to his place of work snd our home - the car was ready a day early so well impressed

I bought a super little Mini Cooper S from these guys. The salesman Marc was very easy going, and no pressure. He just gave me the keys, and let me have a good look around the vehicle, before coming over to see what i thought. We went for a test drive, and i said " this will do for me!! ". Did some paperwork, along with a deposit, and picked the car up around a week later, after it had received a fresh service, and of course a new MOT. Plus a lovely valet. The car was presented in a fantastic condition. It has been a dream to own so far, and long may that continue.

I am disappointed to receive your review. I have spoken to Tom & Marc who both say they have explained the delay with your queries. The handbook you requested has been ordered as promised and we are awaiting delivery. The one we have ordered is the most cost effective for a 10 year old car. The 2 small trims which we are waiting for are on back order from Mercedes and we will inform you when they arrive.
